Meowscles goes to check on the Grotto, a base previously taken over by Chaos Agent. With Chaos Agent’s supposed death, it falls to the Agency to reclaim it and make it operational. When Meowscles gets there, however, he meets with the mysterious Rue, who has inexplicably adopted a more sinister persona. With Meowscles captured, it’s up to Skye and Midas to rescue him.
